At Ruggable, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all products in their original, unused condition. Whether the style wasn't quite right or you need a different size, we make the process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Roll the rug cover or pad tightly and place it back into its original packaging or a similar protective box to ensure it stays clean during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
